How old do you have to be to rent a storage unit?

You must be at least 18 years old to rent a storage unit with Stash-It Rental Storage, as renting requires signing a binding contract and providing a government-issued ID.

 

Do the storage units have electricity?

No, there is no electric in the units.

 

What security measures are in place?

Our facility is fenced and has video surveillance. It is the tenant’s responsibility to put a lock on the unit. A disc or cylinder lock is recommended.

 

Are there any discounts available?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount when you pre-pay for a full year.

 

Can I run a business out of my unit?

No businesses are not allowed to run daily operations of the units.
